MASS Assessments
A MASS assessment (Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme) is a nurse-led evaluation that determines eligibility for subsidised continence products through Queensland Health.
Our continence nurses help people experiencing:
- Urinary or bowel incontinence
- Pelvic floor dysfunction
- Bladder or bowel changes after childbirth, surgery, or due to medical conditions
You may be eligible if you:
- Are a Queensland resident
- Have an ongoing continence condition
- Require continence aids to support daily life
Eligibility is determined based on your clinical need and assessment, not income.
